PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing efficiency during redrawing.;SOLUTION: A central processing unit 20 precedently expands image information 31a in an image information expansion area 43 provided in a memory 40, and it stores identification information of a change object component 31a2 in a redrawing information storing area 42 provided in the memory 40. Observation information 41a acquired by the central processing unit 20 is coordinated with the identification information of the redrawing information storing area 42 and it is stored in the redrawing information storing area 42. The change object component 31a2 of the image information expansion area 43 is specified on the basis of the identification information of the redrawing information storing area 42.
