PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for accurately estimating a remaining value without costing the decrease of data due to sub-division of attributes when target object is provided with attributes which can largely affect the remaining value. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a secondhand object price DB in which transaction data including the remaining value of an object and the lapsed years of the object or the like are stored, a means for correcting the remaining value of the object included in the transaction data stored in the secondhand object price DB based on the attribute value of the prescribed attributes of the object included in the transaction data, and for calculating the remaining value (standardized remaining value) at the time of assuming that the attributes of the object represents a typical attribute value, and for calculating a standardized estimated remaining value in a prescribed future based on the standardized remaining value and the lapsed years included in the transaction data, and a means for calculating the non-standardized estimated remaining value by performing correction corresponding to the attributes of the object whose remaining value should be estimated against the standardized estimated remaining value.
