PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system and an information management method regarding product trial manufacture for having a trial manufacture order receiving person unitarily manage the information of respective processes in the product trial manufacture and efficiently operating the resources of an ordering person and the trial manufacture order receiving person.;SOLUTION: This information management system regarding the product trial manufacture is composed of an ordering person terminal 1 ordering the product trial manufacture and a trial manufacture order receiving person terminal 2 connected to each other by a communication network 7. The trial manufacture order receiving person terminal 2 stores order information such as a written order and trial manufacture specifications registered from the ordering person terminal 1 through a site 22 and the information in the respective processes of the product trial manufacture in a trial manufacture information DB 21 and provides the information corresponding to requests from the ordering person terminal 1.
