PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive quality substitute conforming to the quality standard of a shading or protective sheet to cover or to be laminated on the surface or back of a sheet placed on the inner surface of a waste final disposal site.;SOLUTION: Used paper-making felt is placed with a prescribed overlapping margin formed on the surface or back of the shading sheet of the waste final disposal site and welded/joined by a portable hot air welding machine or a gas burner, etc. An adhesive for civil engineering, etc., can be used for adhesion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
