PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full bearing handy type stereotactic surgery apparatus which enables a puncture needle to reach a lesion target paint of a brain from any part of a skull without calculation while allowing inserting of any number of puncture needles into the lesion target point from an arbitrary part by modifying the conventional handy type stereotactic surgery apparatus. ;SOLUTION: In a stereotactic surgery apparatus utilizing CT or MRI, one skull fixing pin 2 is attached to a U-shaped frame 1 on one side thereof and two 3 and 4 thereof on the other side and a horizontally movable type puncture needle fixing device 6 is attached on the straight line of an upper part of the U-shaped frame 1. A puncture needle 7 is inserted into the puncture needle fixing device 6 to let the tip of the puncture needle 7 reach the lesion target point. In the handy type stereotactic surgery apparatus thus obtained, an arcwise frame 12 which horizontally extends moving together with the puncture needle fixing device 6 is detachably fixed on the puncture needle fixing device 6 is given a shape of an arc at a part of the surface of a spherical centered on the lesion target point which the puncture needle 7 reaches while a puncture needle fixing device 15 is attached onto the arcwise frame 12.
