PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural form to organizingly combine agricultural producers, food processing manufacturers and salesmen by a franchised system and form a circulating stream among adequate supply of fully ripened compost and organic manure, agricultural production and manufacture of the compost and organic manure from garbage.;SOLUTION: In this circulation type franchised agricultural production system, a management department contracts with plural agricultural products for production and purchase of farm products, gives them advice about soil conditioning and usage of fully ripened compost and organic manure, supplies the compost and organic manure to them. The department makes food processing manufactures prepare food products from the produced farm products at food processing factories and delivers the food products to the contracted stores. The department recovers the garbage generated at the steps of food processing and sale, manufactures the fully ripened compost and organic manure having the components adequate for the soil and farm products of the contracted agricultural producers at a compost factory and a manure plant and delivers them to the contracted agricultural producers.
