PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the underwater construction device for a concrete block mat, by which construction efficiency can be improved and not only the danger of a safety accident can be reduced but also workability can be ensured, and its method. ;SOLUTION: The underwater construction device for the concrete block mat contains a frame F, a plurality of frame-stretched wires 3 in which each one end is fixed to the frame F and the other ends are connected to a crane wire, a plurality of block mat-stretched wires 5 in which each one end is fixed to the frame F and the other ends are extended through the block connecting rings C of the concrete block mat M and locked to the frame F, locking means 8 locking each other end of the block mat-stretched wires 5 to the frame and locking releasing members 10 releasing the locking states of each other end of the block mat-stretched wires 5 by the locking means 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
