PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an external heat source for reheating and to efficiently absorb a heat to be added to cooling air by reheating in a reheat type air conditioning system for cooling and dehumidifying. SOLUTION: The reheat type air conditioning system comprises a reheater 2 placed in the wake of air passing through an evaporator 14, to heat exchange a refrigerant of an outlet of a condenser 12 with the cooling air cooled by the evaporator 14 for dehumidifying to heat the cooling air to a predetermined temperature, to lower a refrigerant temperature flowing into an expansion valve 13, and to increase heat absorbing capability of the evaporator 14. A reheating heat amount imparted to the cooling air is absorbed and cancelled by the increased heat absorbing capability.
