PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security control system and a train traffic system for a shunt part of a train running track at a low cost whereby it is practicable to effectively prevent a train from intruding to a wrong line at the shunt part and quickly stop it even when intrusion to wrong line has eventually occurred.;SOLUTION: The security control system 11a for the shunt part of the train running track is equipped with a map recording part 100 to store map information concerning the two-dimensional position of the shunt part on its diverging side, a position entry part 101 to acknowledge the two-dimensional position information of a train TR of cars applicable, a wrong line intrusion judging part 102 to sense occurrence of wrong line intrusion of the train TR to the shunt part (pass-by part) R2 on the basis of the map information stored in the recording part 102 and the two-dimensional position information entered from the entry part 101, and a steering control part 103 to stop the train TR when the judging part 102 passes judgement of an occurrence of wrong line intrusion by the train TR.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
