PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a general-purpose operation part to freely write an analysis know- how part as a navigation type general-purpose operation procedure. SOLUTION: This general-purpose analysis system is provided with a display part 1 for displaying an object analysis procedure screen, a general-purpose analysis procedure file part 62a storing a general-purpose analysis procedure program applied to various analysis objects in common, a screen display program storage part 3 storing an analysis know-how description screen display program for displaying an analysis know-how description screen, which is used for describing analysis know-how specific to an analyzed object, in the display part 1, and an analysis know-how storage part 4 storing the analysis know-how for a specific analyzed object described on the analysis know-how description screen. An analysis calculation processing part 5 carries out analysis calculation of a specific object on the basis of the general-purpose analysis procedure program stored in the general-purpose analysis procedure file part 62a and the analysis know-how for the specific object stored in the analysis know-how storage part 4.
