PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To view a stereoscopic picture at respective houses and form terminals. SOLUTION: A picture supply device 100 and a plurality of reception devices 400 are included. The picture supply device 100 transmits right and left pictures photographed by a camera A103 and a camera B104 which are constituted of a lens A105 and a lens B106 which are fixed in the interval of man's right and left eyes, to a plurality of reception devices 400 from a broadcast part A101 and a broadcast part B102 through a broadcast network 200. A plurality of reception devices 400 receive the right and left pictures transmitted from the picture supply device 100 by the broadcast reception part A401 and the broadcast reception part B402, output them to an output part A405 and an output part B406 which form shapes such as glasses or goggles, and the stereoscopic picture can be viewed.
