PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control assets and liabilities generated in buying credit transactions.;SOLUTION: An actual result data indicating a correspondence relation between a buying balance and a left period till settlement of accounts is input in a computer as to a prescribed stastically processable number or more of the buying credit transactions, a regression curve using the left period as an explanation function and using a reduction rate of the balance in every lapse of a fixed period as an objective function is found out as a reduction model of the buying balance, a predicted cash flow of the buying balance in an assigned date is found based on the reduction model, and an average recovery period and the like of an loan are found out based on the predicted cash flow.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
