AGITATION AGENT FOR HOT-DIP GALVANIZING BATH, AND AGITATION METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation agent for zinc plating bath by which excellent plated products can be obtained by zinc plating because the amount and time of agitation can be controlled and an agitation effect can be increased and also to provide an agitation method using it.;SOLUTION: The agitation agent consists of: a composition consisting of 10-90 parts by mass of inorganic compound which is thermally decomposed and caused to foam at a temperature not higher than the temperature of hot-dip galvanizing bath and 90-10 parts by mass of nitrogen-containing organic compound which is thermally decomposed and caused to foam at a temperature not higher than the temperature of hot-dip galvanizing bath; or a molded material of the composition; or a coated material prepared by coating the above composition or molded material with a coating material free from dissipation in zinc bath in such a way that a part is allowed exposed. The agitation agent is immersed in a zinc bath solution and caused to foam by thermal decomposition to carry out agitation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
