PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the preservation and storage and extraction of ingredients as in an intact raw form of Hericium erinaceum which is difficult to preserve and store as the intact raw form and is inevitably processed by using citric acid and a fruit vinegar, etc., to produce a citric acid-containing food and drink and an additive for the food and drink with an increased content of active ingredients by mixing a mycelial extract of an agaricus and to suppress production cost.;SOLUTION: This food and drink is produced by a method in which Hericium erinaceum in the intact raw form can be preserved and stored and ingredients can be extracted by using citric acid and a fruit vinegar, etc. The mycelial extract of the agaricus is mixed with the resultant food and drink to enhance active ingredients.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
