PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for gathering eggs from the ovary of a salmon or a trout, capable of improving problems caused by conventional methods, such as a problem of pollution by various bacteria, because a conventional gathering method comprises, for example, partially opening the surface skin of the ovary, mounting the ovary on a net, downward pressing the ovary with the human hands, rubbing and loosing the ovary so as to remove the surface skin, and making the ovary separate into each of egg particles.;SOLUTION: This method for gathering the eggs from the ovary of the salmon or the trout comprises partially opening the surface skin of the ovary to expose egg particles, pressing the ovary with a net, and sucking the egg particles without rubbing the ovary.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
