PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage suction force adjusting device for a floor surface washer with which the sewage suction capacity of a squeegee by a blower for suction is appropriately adjusted matched with the state and shape, etc., of a floor surface, sewage is efficiently sucked by the squeegee while saving energy and in which the measure for preventing an overcurrent from flowing to a motor for the blower even when the squeegee is floated from the floor surface is taken.;SOLUTION: A sewage suction blower 7 for the floor surface washer is driven by a DC motor 7M and the current of the DC motor 7M is switched and set in a plurality of stages by a current changeover switch 15.
