METHOD FOR CARRYING TEA LEAF IN TEA PROCESSING AND PRODUCING LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new method for carrying tea leaves in a tea processing and producing process, by which a lost time generated in a conventional process on the adoption of a line structure sharing a single carrier on the discharge sides of a same kind of plural tea producing devices can remarkably be reduced, thereby increasing the total operation ratio of the tea processing and producing line.;SOLUTION: This method for carrying the tea leaves in the tea processing and producing line, comprising disposing the discharge portions of an same kind of plural tea producing devices at suitable distances at positions facing a carrying device and adjusting the tea leaf A carrying speed of the carrying device in response to a distance between the discharge end of the carrying device and each tea producing machine. Thereby, the waiting time (lost time) of the next stage at the tea producing machine can largely be shortened to increase the operation ratio of the tea-processing and producing line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
