PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely obtain data at arbitrary time such as data at an intermediate time on the adjacent sampling points of a digital data string, for example, from the digital data string by data interpolation.;SOLUTION: For obtaining data fp (t) on the basis of the obtained digital data string, the digital data string constituted of N-pieces of sampled data is cut out by using a window function from the obtained digital data string.
