PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce BVI(Blade-Vortex Interaction) noise generated in landing, improve aerodynamic characteristics in advancing flight, and suppress energy consumption during the flight in a rotor craft.;SOLUTION: A movable small blade 12 capable of varying a mount angle for every azimuth by a mount angle variable mechanism is provided in the front side of the end of a base blade 11 having its base end mounted to a rotor head of a rotation drive part. The mount angle θ of the movable small blade is set to approximately 0° in the adjacent to an azimuth angle 180° and approximately -5° in the adjacent to an azimuth angle 0°. In a BVI noise reducer, a compressed air is jetted out in the range of the azimuth angle approximately from 135° to 225°.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
