PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bioactive material particles which lessen powdering or atomizing even when the material particles receive physical force from outside in various scenes of storage, transportation and use after manufacture, and to obtain the coated bioactive material which lessens the degradation of the properties of films and the occurrence of the loss of an elution control function in consequence of the films intruded with the particulates and/or powder generated by the atomizing and/or powdering of the bioactive material particles which are the materials to be coated. SOLUTION: More than 70% of the bioactive material particles are formed as the particles included within a specific equivalent spherical diameter range, or the content ratio of water into the bioactive material particles is confined to =1 wt.%. Further, the surfaces of such bioactive material particles are coated with film materials.
