PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing/rehousing planning system for elderly people using an information system capable of establishing a housing circulation market by accurately transmitting and receiving information on facilities, services, and merchandise in the field of housing in an aging society from the standpoint of elderly people in a way easy to understand, constructing the functions of mediation, sales, and intermediation for housing as a new form of business which are insufficient in the market, and promoting rehousing and housing reforming.;SOLUTION: A database, which stores housing information on housing supply or rehousing plans for elderly people, personal information on elderly people, and real estate information, is connected to the Internet via a database server to receive the provision of information about the housing or rehousing plans for elderly people via the Internet and to renew the stored information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
