PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of scaffold clamp recovery work and prevent the fatigue of a worker. ;CONSTITUTION: An air motor unit 21 is installed at one end of a base plate 20, and an air cylinder 22 is installed at the other end. The main shaft 23 side of the air motor unit 21 and the piston 24 side of the air cylinder 22 are opposed to each other, and a clamp holder 25 movable in the operating direction of the air cylinder 22 is disposed between the air motor unit 21 and air cylinder 22. A scaffold clamp 1 is held to the clamp holder 25. A nut 11 screwed into the clamping bolt 9 of the scaffold clamp 1 is fitted into a socket 28 connected to the main shaft 23, and the main shaft 23 is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise. Air containing rust preventive oil is thereby sprayed into the screw groove 9a of the clamping bolt 9 while moving the nut 11 to the starting end after moving it to the terminal of the screw groove 9a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
