PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately grasp a trouble condition by a station operator on the station side even when the trouble occurs inside a track having no installation of a camera.;SOLUTION: This track inside abnormal condition emergency communication system 1 for a railway comprises an operation room inside image photographing system 10 arranged on a train TR side and the station service remote monitoring system 20 on the station ST side. The driving room inside image photographing system 10 comprises a camera 11, which takes an image of a condition inside the track from the train TR when an abnormal condition occurs inside the track, and an image transmitting device 14 delivering an image P1 taken by the camera 11 to the station ST side via a portable terminal 13.
