PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long sheet with a polyolefin resin coating layer allowing printing by ink without pretreatment, and excellent in a dimensional stability, heat-resistance and weatherability, and provide a length measuring instrument (measure) therewith.;SOLUTION: This long sheet has a multi-filament yarn base material, and polyolefin resin layers formed on both faces of the base material and containing a copolymer resin of ethylene/vinyl acetate or (metha)acrylic acid (ester) (5-30 wt.%) or a mixture therewith of a stylene copolymer resin, and a printed layer formed at least one face thereof and containing a copolymer resin of ethylene/ vinyl acetate or (metha)acryic acid (ester) (25-60 wt.%), a mixture therewith of a stylene copolymer resin, or a polyurethane, acryl, polyester, polyamide, or polystylene resin, and has 39,200-392,000 N/mm2 of longitudinal-directional tensile elasticity and 5% or less of breaking elongation.
