PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive organic thin film having the same or higher conductivity as or than that of a conductive metal such as gold or silver, to provide a method for producing the conductive organic thin film, and to provide a device or the like using the conductive organic thin film. The conductive organic thin film preferably has a conductivity () of =1107 S/cm in a dopant-free state at room temperature (25 deg.C). Especially, an electrolytic oxidation-polymerized polypyrrole or polythienylene conjugated bond film has high conductivity.
