An individual or enterprise, which is to make information flow to the group of these clients, can quickly grasp the number of clients by inputting the attribute of a client suited to the information to an item on the home page. The number of persons intending to make information flow and information distribution charges, corresponding to the date of distribution, can be confirmed on the same home page and the individual or enterprise, which is the owner of the information, can write information and can make the information flow to the target client.
