PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally violation are not noticed, even if one's own patent is violated, a royalty cannot be collected from a violator, even when that violation is noticed when the violator is a large enterprise or the like or the development of industry is disturbed by generating a large number of patent lawsuits, since sufficient judgement materials concerning a business model patent are not stored.;SOLUTION: On the basis of a registration ledger or various kinds of public information or information concerning an industrial ownership submitted on an application form, an owner having a patent right, utility model right, design right or brand right or industrial property applicant under application trusts the management of the industrial ownership to a group; and on the basis of information concerning the industrial property and the managing means of this group, the group performs management concerning the industrial property, such as execution right setting of the industrial ownership, collection, distribution and effective utilization of value and violation research.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
