PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply producing a crosslinking silicon group- bearing polyoxyalkylene polymer from a polyoxyalkylene that contains a double metal cyanide complex and bears an unsaturated group and hydroxyl group in almost never needing the removal of the double metal cyanide complex or purification of the same with very few occurrence of side reactions involving the crosslinking silicon group and the hydroxyl group.;SOLUTION: (a) After a metal ligant coordination compound is added to a polyoxyalkylene polymer that includes a double metal cyanide complex and bears an unsaturated group and hydroxyl group, a compound bearing a hydrogen-silicon bond and a crosslinkable silicon group is hydrosilylated in the presence of a hydrosilylation catalyst, then (b) a compound bearing a crosslinkable silicon group and isocyanate group in one molecule is allowed to react with a polyoxyalkylene polymer that is obtained in the step (a) and bears a crosslinkable silicon group and hydroxyl group in one molecule.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
