PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the out-of-stock of consumable supplies including labels required for equipment including a label printer, when used, due to a user's failure in ordering.;SOLUTION: This inventory prediction and management device comprises a storage part 20 for storing sales information for various supplies for plural users and a server 2 for making sales history information for the past sales history of the supplies for preselected users in accordance with the sales information, setting a prediction period for the out-of-stock of the supplies for the preselected users and guiding the preselected users to order the supplies when the set prediction period approaches close to a predetermined period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
