DRIP-PROOF FILM FOR AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME FILM AND DRIP-PROOF AGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip-proof film for agriculture and horticulture, having good adhesion to a film substrate, not causing deterioration and release of coating film by long-term use and capable of keeping excellent drip-proof property over a long period and a method for producing the drip-proof film. SOLUTION: This drip-proof film for agriculture and horticulture is obtained by forming a coating film composed of a resin binder and inorganic colloid on a substrate and the coating film has uniformly scattered hollows on a substrate and average diameter of openings of the hollows is 0.1-0.5 m and total of areas of the openings is 15-50% based on total film surface area. The coating film comprises an acrylic resin as the resin binder. The inorganic colloid has grape bunch-like shape in which 5-200 primary particles are linked and contains silica having =0.4 g/g saturated water absorption amount as a main component.
