PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping system for a sleeve pipe header construction method easily inserting a resin pipe curled into a roll shape and provide a method for inserting the resin pipe into the sleeve pipe.;SOLUTION: This piping system in the sleeve pipe header construction method is so formed that a water feed header is installed in a space surrounded with a foundation of a building, the sleeve pipe fitted to a sleeve pipe support member provided adjacent to the water feed header is bently laid and then laid outside the space, and the resin pipe connected from the water feed header to a terminal apparatus installed outside the space is inserted into the sleeve pipe.
