PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live line insertion.extraction detecting circuit with small number of parts. SOLUTION: A signal-use connector 2 with signal pins 15a, and insertion.extraction-use connectors 1, 3 with a long pin 13a and a short pin 14a are fixed to a connector part 11. Corresponding to the above, a signal-use connector 5 with signal pins 15b, and insertion.extraction-use connectors 4, 6 with a long pin 13b and a short pin 14b are fixed to a connector part 12. Two pieces of long pins 13a are grounded, and an insertion start.extraction finish detection part 16 with grounded two long pins 13b, is connected to a power source VDD through a pull-up resistor 7. A short pin 14b is grounded, and two short pins 14a are connected with each other, and another insertion start.extraction finish detection part 18 with grounded short pin 14b is connected to a power source VDD through a pull-up resistor 8.
