PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are, heretofore, a limited kinds of welfare health equipments pleasantly usable without resistance by an elder person or a physi cally disabled person with impaired body, a development of the equipment for healing a mind and a body, raising a health maintaining and recovering or rehabilitation effect is desired, but as a similar product, amusement and leisure equipments and a rehabilitation equipment for a therapy have been developed, but many elder persons or physically handicapped persons suffer a difficulty or a pain or the like by the use of the equipment in the state as it is or only by a partial modification.;SOLUTION: As a solution for the welfare health equipment for the elder person or the physically disabled person with non-normal healthy body, it is considered to give a stimulus and a load to the entire body by tuning and cooperating with the movement of an image in combination with a screen display and an oscillating unit. The screen display and acoustic effects and a seat of the oscillating unit are tuned and cooperated with the movement of feeling carried in a vehicle to enable to maintain, recover the body and a muscular force, heal the mind and the body and raise a refresh effect.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
