PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional wheat flour for cooking comprising the washing of used cups, etc., the difficulty in cleaning the kitchen after cooking and the wide space necessary for handling a large amount of cups in a shop in the case of e.g. a hot cake mix consisting of a mixture of wheat flour with baking powder, baking powder, sugar and skim milk and necessitating the mixing with milk and egg in a vessel such as a cup until the mixture becomes viscous and then cooking the mixture by heating in a frying pan.;SOLUTION: The present invention discloses (1) a packaged wheat flour to be cooked in a microwave oven after adding and mixing a liquid such as milk to wheat flour in a bag, (2) a combination of a packaged wheat flour with a mixing bag for cooking the flour in a microwave oven after adding and mixing a liquid such as milk to the wheat flour in the bag, (3) a wheat flour cooking equipment composed of an automatic dispenser of packaged wheat flour and a microwave oven, (4) a restaurant for cooked wheat flour to mix a liquid such as milk to wheat flour in a bag according to the order of a customer and cooking in a microwave oven to serve the cooked food and (5) an automatic dispenser provided with a microwave oven and manufactured by integrating a microwave oven in an automatic dispenser for packaged wheat flour.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
