PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy bedding having high safety, enabling a person suffering from lumbago to simply towing and lumbago curing exercise at home.;SOLUTION: The bed is divided into upper and lower parts, the upper part is used intact as a mat, and the lower part is used as a truck, to be moved forward and backward.
