PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply/consumption system, which decodes integrally the characteristics on a power supply side and a power demand side and controls the power supply/consumption, so as to obtain maximum usefulness as the overall system.;SOLUTION: Respective functional modules are made to hold respective characteristics information, accumulate operation statuses of respective times as histories and select optimum operation conditions according to the accumulation results.
