PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a photosensitive drum which can omit the formation of an under-coating layer and a photosensitive drum using this substrate.;SOLUTION: The substrate for the photosensitive drum formed by molding a conductive resin composition compounded with a conducting agent in thermoplastic resin and method in such a manner that the surface resistance value the peripheral wall of the substrate for the photosensitive drum is gradually lower along the thickness direction of the peripheral wall and or the existence quantity of the conducting agent in the peripheral wall of the substrate for the photosensitive drum increases gradually along the thickness direction of the peripheral wall and the photosensitive drum using this substrate for the photosensitive drum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
