PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new alternative means of transportation of an unprofitable railroad/a route bus and its service method while considering a user's convenience and a business owner's profitability in the case of abolishment of the unprofitable railroad/bus on the regular route.;SOLUTION: This service method of the alternative means of transportation of unprofitable public transportation is provided with a first step S11 to offer service by using a demand bus as the alternative means of transportation of the unprofitable route bus and a second step S12 to further offer service of the demand bus to be operated by the first step at least as the alternative means of transportation of a branch line part of the unprofitable railroad to be connected with the unprofitable route bus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
