PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual space system which can provide various contents using virtual-reality technology so that they can be used for many object persons at facilities, a hospital, etc., without imposing any special restriction on the background nor use environment and is optimum for a mental and physical activation device capable of increasing effects in inducing mental and physical activities of a user more.;SOLUTION: This is a virtual space system applied with a device 100 for interaction with a virtual space which has a user portage part 1 in a shape easy for the user to carry and has a three-dimensional presenting device to present a virtual body to the user in three dimensions. This system is further equipped with a virtual space generation controller 3 which decides that the user touches the virtual body when the three-dimensional position of the virtual body that the user senses and the three-dimensional position of the user portage part 1 found by the interaction device have predetermined relation and generates an interaction control signal for changing the visual shape of the virtual body and presenting vibrations and a sound to the user portage part 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
