PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for finishing an entry application procedure to a sports day on Web.;SOLUTION: The sports entry application support system 10 is provided with a sports day information database 32, a user database 42, a form generating means 36 transmitting a new registration form where a pledge sentence is described to a non-registered user and requesting a pledge, an input item recognizing means 38 recognizing whether an agreement to the pledge sentence is included in data from the personal computer 18 of a user or not, a user registration means 40 registering the user 16 with the agreement as a condition, a form generating means 36 transmitting the entry application form where the pledge sentence is described to the registered user and requesting the pledge, an input item recognizing means 38 recognizing whether data showing agreement to the pledge sentence is included in data from the personal computer 18, an application information registering means 46 registering the user 16 as an applicant with the agreement as the condition and a recognition mail transmitting means 50 recognizing the pledge to the user who is registered as the applicant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
