PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing reproduced flame-retarded expandable styrenic resin particles having excellent moldability when the cell size of the resin particles to be obtained is adjusted to an appropriate size and made into molded articles of a reproduced flame-retarded expanded styrenic resin, and the molded articles of the reproduced flame-retarded expanded styrenic resin using these particles.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing reproduced flame-retarded expandable styrenic resin particles by dispersing styrenic resin particles to be obtained by subjecting a shrink material of used expanded styrenic resin molded articles to non-orientation melting and pulverization in an aqueous medium and impregnating the dispersed particles with a flame-retardant and an easily volatile blowing agent comprises previously mixing the crushed material of the shrink material, a pulverized inorganic substance and/or an organic lubricant, and then conducting the non-orientation melting by an extruder.
