PURPOSE: To heighten water tightness by installing an excavator on a slide elevating to a beam, providing a form means carried by the slide following the excavator, and providing a hose for transporting concrete in a drilled hole. CONSTITUTION: An excavator 12 is positioned on the terminal of a structural wall to be costructed, the excavator 12 is slid downward along a beam 8 through a slide 10 to be vertically invaded into the ground, thereby excavating a groove with the same depth as that of the wall. Subsequently, a form 21 is slid into the groove, and the form 21 is fixed to the excavator 12 so that the base 18 is in the same level with a pulley 15 of the excavator 12. A pipe 22 is inserted from the top into the form 21, and the pipe 22 is connected to an outlet of a cement pump 26 of a truck mixer through a flexible hose. Further, concrete is injected into the groove through the pipe 22, and a vibrator 23 fitted to the form 21 is driven to perform compaction.
