PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone microphone detector that can avoid misdetection of an incoming call key switch at insertion/withdrawal of an earphone microphone.;SOLUTION: An earphone microphone detection processing section 30 inactivates detection of a trailing signal at an incoming call key switch detection terminal 27 in a state in which an insertion/withdrawal detection terminal 28 is at a high level in the process that an earphone microphone section 20 is inserted to an earphone jack section 25 even when a key detection switch terminal 22 of the earphone microphone 20 is in contact with a GND terminal 26 resulting in that the incoming call key switch detection terminal 27 temporarily reaches a low level. On the other hand, the earphone microphone detection processing section 30 discriminates that an incoming call key switch 24 is closed when incoming call key switch detection terminal 27 goes to a low level in the state in which the earphone microphone section 20 is completely inserted to the earphone jack section 25 and the insertion/withdrawal detection terminal 28 reaches a low level.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
