PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a Shochu and a soybean curd by reusing a distillation waste liquid of the Shochu and the waste liquid of boiling a raw material for the soybean curd which are conventionally subjected to a disposal treatment by subjecting the waste liquid to a solid-liquid separation at a short time, heat-exchanging and cooling the resultant waste liquid at a low temperature of 10 deg.C so that the supernatant water may not be contaminated with putrefactive bacteria and harmful various germs in the atmosphere, and returning and reusing the waste liquid as the water for the preparation. SOLUTION: The waste liquid is subjected to the solid-liquid separation by a high-performance centrifugal separator (2,000 G), and the separated liquid at 45 deg.C waste liquid temperature is passed through a heat exchanger to cool the liquid to 10 deg.C to prevent the propagation of the putrefactive bacteria and the like. The cooled liquid is kept at 10 deg.C in a storage tank to secure the safety as the water for preparation.
