PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a frill excellent in an appearance at an upper edge part of a curtain by squeezing pull strings arranged on one surface of a tape base material.;SOLUTION: The two pull strings 3 and 3 extending in the lengthwise direction are arranged on the one surface side of the tape base material 2 installed in the upper edge part 20 of the curtain 19, and the frill can be formed in a parallel state in the lengthwise direction of the tape base material 2 by pull- squeezing the pull strings 3 and 3. A space of a part for forming the frill is formed as a rigid part 13 having large elastic resiliency. The rigid part 13 is formed by enhancing weft density by weaving-in of a reinforcing thread.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
