PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic member for a junction which can obtain a sufficient metallized strength of junction even being burned at a low temperature, and attain simplifying manufacturing processes, and also to provide the ceramic member for the junction, a junction body, a vacuum switch, and a vacuum vessel.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is that a first layer is formed by applying a first paste which contains 70-94 wt.% of molybdenum component, and 1-10 wt.% of nickel component, on a ceramic base material 9, and after that drying the paste; a second layer is formed by applying a second paste which contains 35-75 wt.% of nickel component, and 25-65 wt.% of copper component (or manganese component) on the first layer, and after that drying the past, then burning it; a ceramic member for junction 1 which is laminated with a metallized layer 11 and alloy layer 13 on the ceramic base material 9, is completed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
