PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a heat sink ring and a heat sink to a rice cooker and other electric cookers in a short time without using screws.;SOLUTION: A pawl 6a formed on a heat sink ring 6 engages with a hole 5b formed on an upright portion 5a that is the periphery of a heat sink 5 to be mounted on the heat sink ring 6. Alternatively, an engaging step 6b is formed on a heat sink ring 6, or a bent edge portion 5c formed by bending the edge of the upright portion 5a that is the periphery of the heat sink 5 to be mounted on the heat sink ring 6 engages with the engaging step 6b.
