PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the trouble to input the URL of a homepage where information regarding an object such as an article published in a magazine, etc., is displayed and to make the generation of the homepage and magazine efficient.;SOLUTION: On this WWW(World Wide Web) server which cooperates with printed matter where information on objects and identifiers related to the objects are represented, object page data which are provided by the objects and represent the information regarding the objects are stored, and an identifier sent from a client computer is received and the object page representing the information on the object related to the identifier is sent to the client computer. The identifier used here is shorter than the number of the characters indicating the URL(Uniform resource locator) of at least the object page data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
