PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the smooth progress and completion of construction while smoothly performing the payment and settlement of construction-related costs.;SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an acquiring means 21 for information, a storage means 22 for information, a means 23 for communication with an external device, and a processing means 25 for information which controls the operations of the respective means, and the storage means 22 stores the number (n) (n=2, 3... m) of construction completion stages and pieces of (n)th- stage construction amount information related to the number (n) of the construction completion stages.
