PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wind blow noise caused by an exterior blind material, a handrail, or the like surrounding an exterior wall of a building or bulging equipment.;SOLUTION: In this exterior structure formed by arranging long materials 3 such as furring strips (frame) 2, column materials, or panel materials in parallel at proper intervals, a plurality of partition materials 4 are arranged in the direction crossing the long materials 3 at right angles substantially, while the respective intersection parts between the partition materials 4 and the long materials 3 are fixed. Because of arrangement of a plurality of partition materials 4, adjacent furring strips 2 and 2 can be divided finely, so that wind blow noise can be reduced sufficiently. As the partition material 4, a plate material, a fabric material, a string material, a wire material and the like are available, and its fixing way with the long material 3 can be optionally selected from machine screw fixing, bolt-nut fixing, welding, adhesive bonding, binding, and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
